How can I return/exchange products?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if:
• The item is unused
• The packaging is intact
• The return shipping cost is paid by the customer

Changed your mind or no longer need the item?
We understand plans can change. You can return the product within 14 days; however, the return shipping cost (label) will be deducted from your refund.

Lost a promotional code after purchase?
Discounts are valid only during the checkout process. If you forgot to apply one, we'll gladly provide you with a personal discount code for your next purchase, but we cannot retroactively refund the current one

Did you receive a defective item?
We will always offer compensation or a partial refund. If you prefer to return the item in full, we will provide you with a return label or guide you through the return process.

How do I use promo and discount codes?

Discounts and promotional codes are valid only during the checkout process. Once an order has been paid for, a discount cannot be applied retroactively.

Climb Dream gyms are suitable for children from 6 months to 7 years old.

Where should I store my Climb Dream gyms?

We recommend covering the toys with a blanket when not in use. The products should be protected from moisture and heat exposure.

I lost/broke a piece during assembly. Can you help me?

Are your toys suitable for outdoor use?

Our products are coated with linseed oil and beeswax, making them suitable for outdoor use. If you wish to use them outdoors, please consider weather conditions such as sun, rain, etc., as these can reduce usage time. Therefore, it is up to you where you use the product.
